The download page contains two separate files. Download Part 1 first and wait until it has finished completely.
Then continue with downloading Part 2. Never download both parts at the same time.

2. Always use your booked download platform
Use the download platform selected when you made your reservation.
3. How long does downloading take?

Example: My own internet connection is 400 Mbps, and downloading both parts took just 7 minutes in total.
