Mini Faces are smaller versions of the original DF11 Faces.
They are designed in a small format to allow people with low-end computers to place faces in their games without problems affecting PC performance.
Because small faces require little storage space, the Mini Faces are also suitable for use in FM Mobile.

Coverage
The Mini Megapacks contain the same content as the original DF11 Megapacks, specially composed to play many seasons on your old PC or mobile device! In short, most playable leagues are covered with mini-faces.
Limitations
Because mini faces have a small format, 149x124 pixels, there are also limitations.
PC: Standard skin only
Mini faces are only suitable for use in the PC version of Football Manager in combination with the standard skin. When used in custom skins, the quality of the faces will decrease significantly and be disruptive.
FM Mobile: Mini faces work on all mobile devices and are suitable for use with all mobile custom skins.

The update files 24/25 were initially intended for use in FM2025, but since FM2025 was canceled, they have become an essential upgrade for anyone using a custom 'FM2025' database in their FM2024 game! The FM community created several quality custom FM25 databases compatible with DF11 faces, such as the latest FM24 transfer update from FMInside and the 'FM24 Data Update file' from Sortitoutsi.
